Grandma

My mom came out to help us two days after Theo was born. She was supposed to come on July 31 when I was 39 weeks and stay for 3 weeks. Buuuut, Theo didn't like that plan. :) It was great having her here, and we greatly appreciated all the food she cooked for us, the cleaning she did, the walks she took James on, the babysitting, the baby holding, the sleep overs (when Theo didn't want to sleep and Ben did), and the company she gave us. We had a lot of fun with her. So this post is dedicated to her!

waking Grandma up in the morning

She left this last saturday! We all drove to Harrisburg to drop her off at the airport. We can't wait til she comes back for the baby blessing!

Ketchup

This post has nothing to do with ketchup. I was thinking about how I needed to catch up on the blog, and I thought of ketchup. So naturally that is what this post would be titled.

This is James greeting Theo after he came home from a dr appt

We celebrated Ben's birthday a few weeks after Theo was born. Ben's big gift was a brand new shiny pair of Rockport wingtip oxfords.

And now for a big picture overload...

James loved playing in the water! It was a hot day, so it must have felt quite refreshing. Then he proceeded to try to eat our neighbor's tomatoes... and some dirt.

James loves to brush his teeth! Well, he used to until we got new toothpaste... not as tasty I guess.

He also loves his "ta toa"- Nutella toast.
Mom and I got our hairs cut!!!

Last monday we went to Altoona to look at double strollers (which was a bust) and go to Old Navy. Of course. :)

James grabbed this bag of frozen carrots from me and continued to chew on them until the cashier had to scan them... which he did by grabbing the corner of the bag with two fingers. And then he put on hand santizer and sprayed his scanner, haha.

James loves to play on our bed. Especially when the baby is on it.

still working on the whole "soft" concept...

This past friday we went to the Bellefonte Arts and Crafts Festival. It was pretty fun. We tested out our new double stroller (I named it the Limousine) which we got for $35 at target! Score! We also got a caricature done of the boys.

James didn't even want Mickey Mouse next to him in the cart!

This is how I found Theo this morning (yes he sleeps in the swing... anything for sleep!) Must have been a rough night :)
