My Birthday and James Lately

Playing catch up a little here. My birthday this year was pretty low key. We celebrated it early with my family while we were in Utah.

On my actual birthday (the 4th), James and I were both sick- boo. But I did get to go to the waffle house for breakfast, and we got chick-fil-a for dinner! Ben also surprised me with a delivery of beautiful flowers!!! It was low-key but a good birthday.

I made some cute hooded towels a week or two ago. This is the dragon one. Doesn't James make a great model?

Easter & More of our Trip

Saturday morning James came down with a fever... a fever that lasted 3 days, the poor little guy! I think we pushed him a little too hard the previous few days. He was so sick! All he wanted to do was be held by Ben or me... mostly Ben. Easter morning began by James generously losing his breakfast all over Ben. Needless to say, it was not the best Easter we've had. But, the minute I brought out the camera the little guy perked up and posed.

Nicholas and Telsee's Reception

The Reception was very pretty... and a little cold. By the time we were done with pictures, James had had ENOUGH. We had to take him home twice, and we ended up leaving early. Considering all that he went through in the past two days, he did really really well. Anyways, here are the pictures!
