Friends in Utah

When we got back we did a lot of visiting with our old friends! I got to go to Keilani's bridal shower and see both her and Natalie (friends from High School). It was a lot of fun.

The next stop we made was to visit the Nelson's! Jason was Ben's mission companion while he was AP (assistant to president). It was a lot of fun to see them again as well. Liam is the cutest little boy, and James loved their dog.

Now for some random pictures... Theo turned 10 months!

grandpa's wood scraps will come in handy I'm sure.

the boys both love Tilli

That next week we went to my old roommate and good friends' Brittany and Devin's. Their second boy turned 2! We had, can you guess... FUN seeing them again. I feel like that's all I'm saying. Anyways, James played on their trampoline and Theo sat in this chair and looked cool.

Gavin wanted to push James around in this sweet car.

Happy Birthday Gavin!
That same night on our way home we stopped at my brother's apartment. On our way out we got lost and started to turn around on a dead end street when I saw Skipper Dean with his kids playing outside! So of course we went and visited with them for a bit. Skipper was a year ahead of Ben at Penn State Law.

they all climbed in our tiny car.

Grandma distracting James while we snuck peppers in his hand for him to eat...

We bought a minivan! And I love it! Meet Frank Sinatra. A 2012 Dodge Grand Caravan.
A cool splash pad that James liked until a bucket of water dropped on him.

The last person I got to see for the first time in a long time was Emma! She was my neighbor back in Colorado and one of my best friends (with Natalie and Keilani). It's funny that we all are in Utah now. I went up to Logan to take pictures of her new baby!

Here are a few of the pictures of Rosie.

The Move from Pennsylvania to Utah

The morning of our big move, we went and got Penn State shirts for everyone and FINALLY got our pictures taken with the Nittany Lion. James wasn't happy... obviously.

Then we had to say goodbye to our apartment! It was a great 3 years at White Course! We even miss that tiny apartment every now and then... sometimes.
somehow this picture got accidentally taken when we were trading Theo and my phone. But it's pretty cute!

Good ol' Holderman 109.
Ben drove the moving truck, with me in the passenger seat, while the grandmas drove our car with the boys to the Pittsburgh airport. Then they pulled the car up on the dolly and drove off and we flew off! The pictures aren't in order, but whatever. James did gymnastics in his seat on the plane, and it was hilarious. And of course he fell asleep while we were landing each time. Little stinker. The rest are pictures of the first few days in Utah waiting for Ben to come with the truck.

Ben finally got here!!! We were all so happy to have him back. So thankful for his mom for being his travel buddy! Claire and Aaron came up with their boys to visit and take Ben's mom home/to the airport for the next day.
