Clowns, Haircuts, Glasses, and Globetrotters

Without further ado... the pictures

We went to the library the day before Ben left, and they had clowns doing a show! We watched for about 30 minutes, and I was surprised James actually watched for that long.

my friend Kate sent me this care package for the week Ben was gone!

That weekend we went to the mall and James got to ride in this helicopter. It was a little more... turbulent than I thought it would be. James just wanted to press the buttons through the whole thing.

James got his first professional haircut this week! He did GREAT! He got 3 lollipops and watched part of Wreck it Ralph. He even let her go around his ears with the clippers! Our good friend Shandee (who cuts our hair too) cut his hair.

This is after dinner and Theo has baby food all over his face and onesie. But he loved the glasses! He left them on for quite a while too.

This is now our favorite way to go grocery shopping

The other night Ben put Theo on James's shoulders thinking James would freak out, but he actually loved it! He was laughing hysterically! And Theo enjoyed eating James's head.

our attempt at trying to make James happy in the mornings... didn't quite work for long.
On Wednesday night I took Ben on a date to see the Harlem Globetrotters! It was a lot of fun. They are pretty dang funny, and I think it would be fun to take James to when he is older.
