The end of DC 2012 Trip

On Thursday we were all able to go to the Temple. We dropped James off at an old mission buddy's place that was only a few miles away from the temple, which was very nice! The rest of the day we just relaxed, took naps, visited, and had fun! We originally were planning on leaving on Friday, but we just didn't feel ready to leave- so we decided to stay for one more day! Ben got some work done, and I went to Old Navy with Jackie! I got a few new shirts, which I have loved! Then in the evening we went back into the city to meet up with DJ and Laurel. Together we went to the Museum of Natural History. Click here to read about our last visit there! That Museum will always hold a special place in our hearts because Cheryl, the security gaurd. Unfortuanely we didn't see her there :(. We had fun exploring the exhibits we didn't see last time. Our favorite one was the Nature's best Photography exhibit!

James has started to grab EVERYTHING! It was so cute.

awww... little mommies and their babies. Ignore the monkey butt on the side...

This is a lion that rolled in mud!

After the museum, we went and saw the White House!
James was asleep for the White House... he'll be sorry he missed it when he's older! jk.

The Jefferson Memorial

Proof that James was at the white house!

He was making a funny face

The front of the white house!

These pictures were taken by a Utah State fan's wife. Apparently he was shaking his head the whole time...

He's awake!
We had an absolute blast in DC with our friends! We are headed back on Friday actually, because we fly our from there to go to Utah! Yippie!
